Week 9: Leadership

 Things I learned: In order to be a good entrepreneur, you need to be able to become a good leader. People are willing to follow a leader who leads by example. It is important to constantly demonstrate the principles and actions you want seen from others in your daily life. In order to get people to follow you, you need to become someone who people would want to follow. It is important to constantly demonstrate the qualities of a good leader at all times. Leading is key to entrepreneurship, because achieving any goal is impossible on your own. You need the help of others to get anything accomplished. In order to get people onboard with your vision, you need to demonstrate that this goal is something that they should be passionate about, by showing your passion. It is important as a leader to create a culture within your company that will allow you to achieve the most. Leading is the most important tool you can have as an entrepreneur, because without a leader, no one will know the most effective way to get a goal done. In all collaborative efforts, you need to have a leader to direct others to move towards a goal in the most effective manner. It is easy to forget that being a leader requires service to others. Even though you are higher up than others, it is key to serve and help others. In order to be a successful leader, you need to be able to show others why you should be the leader. You need to show your own dedication and passion for this job. You need to show the importance of having this passion to others, so they can become more passionate about this business.
