Semester in Review

Entrepreneurship is not an activity. Being an entrepreneur is a state of mind, not a state of being. A successful entrepreneur is not someone who has made tons of money, or someone who has multiple businesses. A successful entrepreneur is someone who has made a lasting impact on the world around them. A successful entrepreneur is someone who has strong character, and determination to accomplish something. Success in not measured in the money, you earn, but rather the person that you become. Week 13: Journey of Gratitude

 Things I learned: This week I learned about the importance of recognizing where you are at. At any point in the entrepreneurial journey, there are always things that we have to be grateful for. We have to constantly go and find things to be grateful for. There will always be situations in which things may be going poorly, a business may fail, however, there are still things to be grateful for. As you have an attitude of gratitude, you are more able to overcome these obstacles that get in your way. If you look at how far you have gotten, and you realize you much you have grown as a result of this, you are able to look at things differently. When you are grateful, you realize how not to take things for granted. Rather you learn to appreciate even the small things. These small things help you to pay more attention to the details in life.
